I started a We Surround Them Group back in March this year because I’m disgusted with how this country its values are being destroyed. I’ve been listening to Glenn Beck for a long time and he echoes my feelings pretty much most of the time. I’ve decided that instead of waiting for those ‘professional Republican politicians’ in D.C. to throw up a leader, I would find others who are as tired of this mess as I am and work with them to educate ourselves on the issues that will protect our US Constitution and our Bill of Rights.
For decades now, our opponents have been ‘dumbing down’ our children so they will grow-up to be adults who cannot fully analyze important issues or even recognize that this adminstration is shredding the Constitution faster than previous ones. Our kids are taught any form of government–socialism, fascism, communism, Marxism, Stateism, whatever, is on equal par with ours! This is a tragedy. Our Meetup group is devouring Skousen’s The 5000 Year Leap and The Making of America. We have committed ourselves to endless school board meetings and private discussions with its members and curriculum committees until these two books are part of the Civics and American History curriculum! I know this will be an uphill battle and, no doubt, tons of litigation, but if not now, when?
What does it say to you who have read and understood these books that Ted Kennedy and other powerful political associates fought to keep these books away from our children and that they succeeded. At the same time, our school’s libraries contain all manner of trash that will negatively influence our kids’ perceptions about a healthy sexual relationship once they are married. It seems that all that the so-called ‘health classes’ taught in our schools today prepare our kids for is divorce or ‘alternative lifestyles’. Think about it… Parents of school-age children and even those of you who no longer have them in school must stand up, join together, be counted, and take action. Never, ever believe that once your kids are grown. public education run by powerful unions don’t effect you anymore!
All of us and our children and future grandchildren have had a financial burden placed on them and no one asked us if we wanted this catastrophe. I hope that by demanding that books like these be read and studied in our schools, we can strengthen our kids to withstand the onslaught of anti-American propaganda that will be shoved down their throats as they get through college. This is our six month assignment to report when Glenn Beck has his next national telecast on 9/12

It is imperative that these things be marginalized and even destroyed in a dictatorship or a State-run government. Make no mistake; we are at war and have been for decades without one bullet being fired or a declaration of war being announced. It’s well past time to wake up and get in this fight! It’s a sad irony that because of the corruption in the Department of Education, our tax dollars fund the destruction of America, home of the brave; land of the free?
Please, wake up, get organized and get in the fight!

It is truly beyond belief, the liberals have finally suspended reality, a lame economy and Barney Frank is asking Fannie and Freddy to relax loan standards again. And in the White house, Obama is aiming for the economic ten count with a ridiculously expensive health care fiasco. Daddy were broke, can we get a bicycle, no son lets buy a rolls royce, we ‘ll pay for it later. Tea Party, it is time to rise up and fight this waste. Write, talk it up, stop the bastards.
