Obama May Release Detainee Photos, Holder Politicizes the ‘Truth Commission’
We may see the new Gitmo set up in Montana – wonder how the citizens of the state will like that?
On another note, Obama has stated that he may release detainee “abuse” photos. Obama continues to kowtow to his far left fringe base who want this prosecution persecution to go forward. He has started to politicize this monstrosity along with his Attorney General, Holder, the same guy who helped enable the 9/11 attacks in the first place. This entire charade will most likely come back to haunt Obama and bite him on the ass in the long run.
Holder, much like Obama, is playing the “I don’t know” card by stating that he hasn’t seen or read the memos and doesn’t know about the sections Cheney discusses, which provided us invaluable information about future attacks on our soil. Hide Your Guns! Senator Kerry and the Other Liberals Want Them
And they will do all that they can to misinform the American public yet again. They will use the latest Mexican Drug Cartel crisis to their advantage and pass it off as our fault. Guns sold in the United States are causing the issue.
They will not disclose that many of these guns are actually defense and military oriented and that the corrupt police unions and government officials in Mexico are selling them on the black market there to the drug cartels, nor does anyone in the United States force those in Mexico to act the way are!

Monday’s hearings, the committee’s first along the border, came amid a flurry of activity in Washington focusing on Mexico’s struggle with drug cartels. The Obama administration last week announced it would send more money and agents to the border, and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton visited Mexico. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Attorney General Eric Holder, Jr. will visit soon. President Barack Obama will visit Mexico on April 16.
At Monday’s hearing, committee Chairman Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., said he had been shocked to see killings and beheadings “just a stone’s throw across the Rio Grande from where we’re sitting this morning.”
Across the border, thousands of Mexican soldiers patrol Ciudad Juarez, which saw about 2,000 murders in 14 months.
Kerry called for a ban on the imports of assault rifles, such as the AK-47, into the United States. Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., and Sen. Roger Wicker, R-Miss., opposed the idea.
Assault rifles bought in the United States are favorites among cartel gunmen, who find them effective for the urban warfare, William McMahon, deputy assistant director of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, told the committee. ATF agents have traced many guns confiscated in Mexico to purchases in the United States, McMahon said.
Holder: Guantanamo Detainees May be Released on U.S. Soil
European justice ministers met with Mr. Holder earlier this week and pressed for details on how many Guantanamo prisoners the U.S. planned to release domestically, as part of any agreement for allies to accept detainees. Mr. Holder said U.S. officials would work to respond to the questions European officials have over U.S. Guantanamo plans.
For “people who can be released there are a variety of options that we have and among them is the possibility is that we would release them into this country,” Mr. Holder said. “That process is ongoing and we’ve not made any determinations or made any requests of anybody at this point.”
Among the detainees whose fate remains undetermined are 17 ethnic Uighurs, from the Central Asian region of China, who have been ordered released by a judge. The U.S. has refused to turn the men over to China, which considers them part of an separatist group.

With the swearing in of Eric Holder today as the Attorney General, the safety of America is in jeopardy. At the top of his agenda, according to the AP, is to decide “which Bush administration counterterrorism policies to reverse.” In addition, he will also “play a major role in the future of terrorism detainees.” He is creating a special panel that will report back to the President in 180 days on options for apprehension, detention, trial, transfer or release of detainees. You can bet that Holder will also be looking to overturn the warrantless surveillance program.
So, it doesn’t take a Harvard degree or thousands of dollars in tax evasion to figure out that this administration is seriously putting us at risk. The President doesn’t care about us like a father cares for his children. Oh wait, maybe he does. His father deserted him and now he is deserting us.
